Important Information

This year's Photonics Day will take place alongside other events on September 29, 2025. Participants in these events are welcome to particpate in selected program items, but are requested to register specifically:

Keynote
Hackathon
Award Ceremony of the "Applied Photonics Award"
Evening event

The program is open to changes. Participation in the whole event is free of charge but registration is generally required.

To guarantee a succesfull registration, please follow all the steps:

Please fill out the contact form, including your e-mail address and submit it.

You will now receive an e-mail from us and be led to a landing page, telling you to click the link in the e-mail.

Your registration will be valid if you click the link, you have one week for that process, if you don't click it your registration isn't valid and you have to repeat all the steps

If you clicked the link you are now sucessfully registered! You will be led to another landing page stating your confirmed reservation and will receive an e-mail from us, about one week after the registration deadline, including confirmation of registration and some first information for the event.
If you haven't clicked the link please do it within a week or repeat the steps above to guarantee participation at the Photonics Days 2025! We are looking forward to meeting you!
